A top courier company in Cape Town is looking for a powerhouse Business Development Manager to take corporate sales to the next level!
What Youll Do:- Generate and grow new corporate business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements:- 5 years B2B sales experience preferably in courier/logistics
- Experience targeting corporate accounts
- Matric or tertiary qualification
- Own vehicle & valid drivers license
- Knowledge of Cape Town corporate market
Skills & Attributes:- Confident assertive and strategic thinker
- Excellent negotiation presentation and business development skills
- Strong leadership mentoring and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized target-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM systems and reporting
