Role Overview

As our clients Affiliate Manager youll be the driving force behind growing and nurturing their affiliate program. Youll own relationships with local and international partners craft compelling campaigns and boost first-time deposits (FTDs) like a boss. This role is all about connection creativity and conversion lets make it happen.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role managing affiliates for iGaming companies
Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid Models with a strong focus on optimising ROI and FTDs
Solid knowledge of the gambling industry including terminology and key trends
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team with cross-functional collaboration to meet ROI and FTD goals
Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Netrefer Income Access or similar tools

Responsibilities

Affiliate Relationships: Build grow and keep strong connections with our affiliate partners ambassadors and influencers. Youre the go-to person they trust.
Onboarding Excellence: Recruit top-tier affiliates and welcome them like a VIP - because first impressions always count.
Affiliate Program Execution: Plan and launch smart acquisition and retention campaigns across the affiliate network. Track test tweak repeat.
Tailored Promotions: Roll out custom campaigns for high-value affiliates - data-backed ROI-driven and never boring.
Creative Collab: Team up with our design and content team to create fresh on-brand assets that convert.
Performance Reporting: Keep the numbers tight. Monitor and report on campaign wins (and learnings) using data-driven insights to optimise and maximise ROI.
Compliance and Fraud Prevention: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and implement measures to prevent affiliate fraud and protect the integrity of the program.
