This role will focus on managing multi-branded finance systems driving innovation across finance operations and leading development teams to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise IT development initiatives within finance operations
- Lead a team of developers and technical specialists to deliver business-critical systems
- Oversee the roadmap and development of finance platforms and operational systems
- Allocate resources effectively to support ongoing system innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance IT and operations
- Ensure system development aligns with business strategy and operational objectives
Requirements
- 5 years experience in system development or IT development leadership
- Strong background in RPG / IBM AS400 environments
- Experience managing finance or operational systems
- Exposure to the financial services industry (banking insurance or financial services)
- Experience managing development teams and delivering complex systems
Preferred
- Experience working with multi-brand financial platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
