Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead motivate and manage the sales team
Set sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior sales or leadership role
Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
