We are hiring Project Coordinators in the UK time zone for an on-site role. As a Project Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.
You will own and manage
- Customer onboarding experience
- Create strong relationships with customers
- Customer loyalty
- Customer product adoption
Responsibilities
- Plan execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking documenting and reporting quality levels
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

- Written and Verbal Communication skills. We are looking for someone who has impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You can adapt your communication skills to the type of client you are working with.
- Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering
