People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organisations across all HR functions. We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager who can lead and manage a robust and fast-paced recruitment function across territories and industries.
Job Role and Duties:
- Plan strategize and achieveexceed assigned recruitment targets improving tracking and reporting on recruitment performance in quarterly reports keeping a close eye on related metrics and KPIs.
- Create and execute elaborate and effective plans and strategies to enhance and optimise candidate sourcing by building effective recruitment channels and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
- Design build and ensure a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process from the start of engagement to onboarding or regret of application.
- Build and maintain a talent pool through a reliable network of resources that could be trapped into for possible suggestions to positions working in close startegic alliance with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- MBA MHRM MPMBBA
- High-level proficiency in managing talent portals and databases
- Advanced knowledge of interviewing and evaluation methods. Understanding of the behavioural competency framework and behavioral interviews structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
