Job Summary

We are looking for candidates for the Head of IT for our client.

A leading Karachi-based investment company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IT to lead and manage its information technology function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the overall IT operations infrastructure and systems of the organization
* Ensure smooth functioning of networks servers hardware and software applications
* Manage IT security data protection and system backups
* Provide technical leadership and support to internal teams
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services
* Develop and implement IT policies procedures and best practices
* Troubleshoot and resolve system network and iOS-related issues efficiently
* Support business operations through reliable and scalable IT solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field with 68 years of relevant IT experience
* Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management
* Sound knowledge of IOS troubleshooting (iPhones iPads Apple ecosystem)
* Experience with networks servers cybersecurity and IT support operations
* Strong problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
