Job Summary

Location: DHA Phase 6 - Karachi Pakistan (Hybrid/Flexible)
Duration: 6 Months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

What Youll Do:

1. Core HR Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records contracts and documentation employee databases and HR systems.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and HR reporting.

2. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems.
  • Reconcile employee records with payroll and contracts.
  • Ensure data accuracy completeness and confidentiality.
  • Support transition from structured dummy data to live employee data.

3. Payroll & People Data Coordination

  • Support payroll coordination via employee data validation reconciliation and joiner/leaver/change tracking.
  • Maintain payroll trackers and reports.
  • Highlight discrepancies and assist in resolving issues before payroll cycles.

4. Compliance & SOP Support

  • Assist in maintaining HR SOPs and documentation.
  • Support compliance with labour laws and regulations across Pakistan UK and UAE.
  • Help prepare data and documents for audits and internal reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant labour laws in all regions.

5. Reporting Analytics & Ad-Hoc Support

  • Prepare HR reports and trackers using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Support people-related data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR and data requests from HR and leadership teams.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience.
  • Passion for HR and people-focused work.
  • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Curious proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup.
