Key Responsibilities:

Screen and evaluate candidates to match role requirements and business needs
Source talent through LinkedIn Indeed Zoho Recruit and other platforms
Support onboarding offboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records documentation and HRIS data accurately
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
01 year of experience in HR (recruitment experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills in English
Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently
High level of integrity and professionalism
