Job Summary:
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.
- Departmental manpower planning and budgeting.
- Requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Formulating JD & analyzing job requirements. - Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Management & introduction of talent pool bank for all unique positions Assist Line Manager with Finding and maintaining sourcing partners.
- Assisting Line manager to requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details assisting line manager to manage Applicant Tracking System.
- Assessment of candidates through different tests such as job function Language proficiency Psychometric IQ EIQ etc.
- Conducting Interviews and Maintaining Feedback from business managers.
- Managing onboarding process including offer Employee contract Recruitment Kit Employee Code Generation Logistics Support.
- Managing onboarding proves of contractual/ Intern / Temporary employees to permanent position.
- Adherence to policies and procedure.
- Managing Employee Engagement activities such as corporate dinner lunch sports events etc.
- Participation in job fairs and recruitment events/seminars etc.
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 2 to 4 Years of experience required
