Job Summary

Job Summary:
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.
  • Departmental manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    Formulating JD & analyzing job requirements.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Management & introduction of talent pool bank for all unique positions Assist Line Manager with Finding and maintaining sourcing partners.
  • Assisting Line manager to requisition management & Coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details assisting line manager to manage Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assessment of candidates through different tests such as job function Language proficiency Psychometric IQ EIQ etc.
  • Conducting Interviews and Maintaining Feedback from business managers.
  • Managing onboarding process including offer Employee contract Recruitment Kit Employee Code Generation Logistics Support.
  • Managing onboarding proves of contractual/ Intern / Temporary employees to permanent position.
  • Adherence to policies and procedure.
  • Managing Employee Engagement activities such as corporate dinner lunch sports events etc.
  • Participation in job fairs and recruitment events/seminars etc.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA/MBA in HR
  • 2 to 4 Years of experience required
