What you will do:

• Manage complex service operations and customer inboxes using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve response precision

• Identify operational friction points and design systems or automations to resolve root causes and improve scalability

• Collaborate across product data and engineering teams to integrate human empathy with high-scale technical infrastructure

The ideal candidate:

• A recent graduate or early-career professional (1-2 years experience) with a rare mix of analytical logic and human empathy
