Job Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive (with higher rights) to join a top-tier Family Law team based in Northampton. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to manage your own caseload while working in a supportive inclusive and collaborative environment.

You will advise and represent clients in family law matters with a focus on private children cases while handling your own diary and caseload. The role involves:

You will advise and represent clients in family law matters with a focus on private children cases while handling your own diary and caseload. The role involves:
- Providing empathetic and professional client advice
- Undertaking your own advocacy
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services
- Developing skills in negotiation communication and case strategy
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with higher rights)
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Experience in family law preferably private children matters
- Knowledge of Legal Aid (desirable)
- Confident proactive and client-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in own advocacy
