Job Summary

Due to expansion in our European business we are looking for a new colleague to join our highly skilled hardworking and friendly team in London. We work on a hybrid basis blending time at the Stepstone Group offices with working from home.

Reporting to the VP Sales - UK the Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcasts Solutions to direct employers in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and close new enterprise business through prospecting outreach and strategic sales activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing complex high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication collaboration and data-driven selling.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years enterprise software sales experience preferably within SaaS HR Tech or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
  • Strong consultative selling negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
