- A deep understanding of businesses customers and a track record of improving experiences across all customer facing impacts
- Experience in fintech and a solid understanding of our customer demographics and market dynamics
How you contribute
- You will take full ownership of the customer journey - from acquisition transactions deposits and loans - partnering with Risk Marketing Product Finance and Operations to create and capture value along the customer journey. This is a new product on our platform (developed and launching Q1 2026) so the candidate will need to support the product and strategy process.
Who you are:
- You must be data-driven and able to analyse customer behaviour feedback to identify opportunities for growth and share actionable insights
- You must be passionate about changing the face of banking in Ghana
