Job Summary
We are seeking a result driven Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in the healthcare sector. The role involves managing inbound sales activities engaging with healthcare professionals and decision-makers qualifying leads and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills healthcare domain knowledge and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls emails and digital channels.
- Engage with healthcare stakeholders such as hospitals clinics laboratories physiciansprocurement teams and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate healthcare products or services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct product presentations demos and follow-ups via phone or virtual meetings.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends competitor activities and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3 years of experience in inside sales within the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products services or solutions (medical devices pharma or healthcare IT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Healthcare Management Business or a related field.
- Experience selling to hospitals clinics labs or healthcare providers.
- Exposure to B2B healthcare sales and lead qualification frameworks.
