Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day
operational activities. The role involves coordination across departments handling operational
documentation vendor follow-ups and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Handle documentation records and operational reports
Coordinate with vendors service providers and internal teams
Follow up on operational tasks and ensure timely closure
Assist HR/Admin/Finance teams with operational support when required
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Support management with operational updates and MIS
Handle basic inventory / logistics coordination (if applicable)
Skills & Requirements3-4 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Email)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Responsible organized and detail-oriented
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred (optional)
Tech-savvy multitasker good knowledge of AI & software tools
Required Skills:
