Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers driving sales maintaining product displays and delivering a premium in-store experience aligned with the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and assist with jewellery selection.
Explain product features pricing and ongoing offers.
Maintain display counters and ensure proper presentation of jewellery.
Handle billing and basic stock coordination.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash/card transactions.
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary:
20000 – 23000 (In-hand per month).
Incentives/Bonus (as per Work Performance).
