The AWS Brick and Network Delivery (BaND) team is searching for a passionate and talented program manager to manage Data Center and Network scaling portfolio across multiple AWS clusters in EMEA. You will assess the planned scaling projects along with available network resources to determine prime solutions for our customers. You will work with stakeholders to complete pre-requisites necessary to deliver critical networking capacity. You will lead weekly and monthly business reviews with stakeholders and drive goals to improve process efficiency.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.

Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
Monitor the regional build and scaling portfolio review forecast anticipate risks resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.

Work with stakeholders (networking engineers/tech program managers/senior management) to define requirements and processes.

Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs needed.

Lead business reviews with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.

Develop and implement scalable data-driven process improvement.

Keep the customer experience as the primary focus.

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
