Job Summary

The GTM AI Acceleration team exists to transform how ServiceNows go-to-market organization works. Not by adding AI on the margins but by embedding it into the core of how our sales and sales operations teams operate decide and grow. Our mission is to deploy the AI systems behind accelerated and scalable growth.

We sit at the intersection of strategy and execution partnering with Sales Sales Operations and broader GTM functions to identify where AI can eliminate friction surface insight and unlock capacity at scale. Our work spans two key areas: AI for Sales and AI for Sales Ops each focused on turning AI potential into measurable business impact.

The Project Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across GTM AI Acceleration initiatives with an additional focus on managing our AI Board program. This role ensures speed consistency and scalability allowing core teams to focus on high-value activities while maintaining strong relationships and performance with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Project delivery for GTM AI Acceleration initiatives for sales including intake prioritization planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain the AI Board readout package Operating Committee sessions invitees and executive summaries ensuring alignment with governance and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales Marketing RevOps Data & Insights and IT) to deliver pilots and scale successful solutions.
  • Help maintain central reporting on initiatives pipeline productivity adoption ROI and vendor performance.
  • Help manage vendor relationships: selection onboarding performance tracking contract negotiation and compliance.
  • Support the launch of enablement and communications kits training office hours and FAQs for GTM AI Acceleration rollouts for sales.
  • Support the unified intake & prioritization process and publish a single quarterly plan.

 

A Day in the Life

Your morning may start providing an executive update on all GTM AI Acceleration projects for sales including impact results for those projects that are live. After this you join the AI Board Operating Committee call which youve organized and manage the agenda for the different teams to present their prioritized list of initiatives; you help identify next steps challenges and coordinate work across teams.

In the afternoon you have a conversation with the Director of GTM AI Acceleration for Sales to strategize on capacity required for each project and how this will impact the timeline for delivery. You capture this information and update all internal project plans for senior leadership to have a real-time updated view of execution. Finally you meet with the Adoption Expert to double check on adoption metrics and recommend communications timelines.

 


Qualifications :

Ideal Candidate Profile

A strategic structured and collaborative leader who excels at managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional Lean/Kaizen Scrum/Kanban will be highly valued.

Experience:

  • 5 years in program/project management within a multinational company.
  • Previous experience in enterprise technology sales operations or AI-driven transformation.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional coordination and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales processes (e.g. lead-to-opportunity qualification pipeline management).
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g. Dynamics PowerBI Outreach Gong) and AI-enhanced capabilities.
  • Experience generating results in a matrixed organization working with Technology Operations Sales Pre-Sales Marketing Sales Enablement and Vendors around a common industry strategy.

Skills:

  • Strong project management (Agile Waterfall etc.).
  • Data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Usage of LLMs particularly Claude and Copilot.
  • Familiarity with sales technology platforms (e.g. Outreach Gong Dynamics).
  • Change management and enablement.
