Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Leasing & Sales Executive to handle leasing and sales activities for commercial real estate properties in GIFT City. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills excellent communication abilities and prior experience in commercial real estate leasing or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle leasing and sales of commercial properties such as offices retail spaces and commercial units
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Negotiate lease terms and close deals as per company guidelines
Maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation agreements and closures
Maintain and update client and lead data regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leasing and sales (Real Estate)
Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of commercial real estate market preferably GIFT City
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in commercial real estate projects
Local market knowledge of GIFT City or Ahmedabad region
Immediate or short notice period preferred
