Business Analyst Zoho Ecosystem
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem including Zoho CRM and the broader Zoho One platform.
The ideal candidate will work directly with US-based clients understand their business processes translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. This role demands strong analytical thinking stakeholder management and the ability to manage client communication across time zones.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Zoho-focused preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven experience handling US clients directly
- Strong knowledge of CRM and business process automation
- Ability to convert business needs into functional requirements
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho certifications
- Experience with CRM migrations (Salesforce HubSpot etc. to Zoho)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
