Job Summary

A leading financial services company that supports skilled nursing facilities is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Billing this role you will handle billing tasks for multiple facilities ensuring timely and accurate billing for all payer types including Managed Care.

Youll collaborate with business office staff audit billing processes track payments and analyze receivables to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. This is an on-site full-time position with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Bill all payer types for skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities
Review census data authorizations and billing for services provided
Monitor collections payments and aging reports
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with CMS and Managed Care regulations
Work closely with business office managers to resolve billing issues
Track and report on problematic accounts and payer trends

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Managed Care Billing experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation/post-acute facilities
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems and CMS regulations
Experience in Nursing Home A/R bookkeeping preferred
Ability to multi-task across projects payer types and month-end deadlines
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
Confident communication skills with the ability to interface with executive leadership
Proficiency in Excel and other billing software
