Job Summary
Job Summary: Provider Enrollment Specialist
- Coordinate credentialing applications for commercial payers Medicare and Medicaid.
- Ensure compliance with all enrollment requirements under the direction of the Provider Enrollment Manager.
- Serve as a liaison between administration and staff to facilitate understanding and application of credentialing requirements.
- Obtain complete and submit credentialing enrollment applications including education training and certification documents.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the enrollment process.
- Utilize PC applications such as Word Excel and Access effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit strong organizational planning and teamwork abilities including vendor management.
- Require a minimum of 1-3 years of payer enrollment experience; 3 years specifically in Medicare and Medicaid enrollment re-enrollment and managed care credentialing and contracting.
- High school diploma required (must submit proof of education).
