Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Distribution Manager to lead and expand our solar distribution business in the Lucknow region. The role involves managing channel partners driving regional sales growth strengthening dealer networks and ensuring effective market penetration for solar products including modules inverters batteries and BOS components.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve regional targets
Appoint manage and grow dealer and distributor networks across the assigned territory
Drive sales of solar products through channel partners and direct customers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region
Build strong relationships with EPCs installers developers and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics finance technical and marketing) to ensure smooth order execution
Prepare sales forecasts reports and MIS for management review
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies
Conduct product training and support for channel partners
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales and distribution
Proven experience in handling channel sales and regional distribution networks
Strong understanding of solar products (modules inverters batteries BOS)
Experience working with EPCs distributors and installers
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Proficiency in MS Excel CRM tools and sales reporting
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Team management and leadership skills
