Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and luggage.
Manage baggage handling and ensure proper loading and unloading.
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules and airport facilities.
Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare the aircraft for departure.
Coordinate with flight crews and other airport staff for efficient operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and management.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
