Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead Non-IP engagements including change requests enhancements compliance updates and system optimization initiatives.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery across requirement gathering design configuration development testing and deployment.
- Act as primary interface between client stakeholders and internal teams.
- rovide deep expertise in Finacle Core modules (CASA Deposits Loans Payments Trade Finance etc.).
- Perform solution design and configuration within the Finacle Core platform.
- Customize workflows parameters and product setups as per client requirements.
- Support integrations with external systems such as payment gateways treasury systems CRM AML and regulatory platforms.
- Work on APIs interfaces batch jobs and middleware integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications test cases and validation scenarios.
- Support SIT UAT and regression testing cycles.
- Ensure defect resolution and performance tuning.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Finacle Core platform.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
