Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design using Newgen IBPS for banking processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical workflows business rules and UI configurations.
- Design scalable and secure BPM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Define process orchestration case management SLA configurations and escalation models.
- Configure workflows forms business rules and integrations within IBPS.
- Develop custom components using Java APIs and web services.
- Implement document management and content services capabilities.
- Optimize performance and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Implement IBPS solutions for banking use cases such as:
- Customer onboarding (Retail/Corporate)
- Loan origination and credit processing
- Trade finance workflows
- Account services and operations
- Compliance & KYC processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit trail configuration.
- Integrate IBPS with Core Banking Systems CRM AML LOS and third-party applications.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Prepare technical design documents (TDD) solution documents (SDD) and deployment plans.
- Support SIT UAT performance testing and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 production support.
