- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow service management platform including incident request and change management workflows.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment configuration compliance and security policy enforcement.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint and OneDrive ensuring optimal performance access controls and data governance.
- Implement and monitor security and compliance policies across cloud and on-premises systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to endpoint management cloud services and user access.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades migrations and service enhancements.
- Provide documentation training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor system health generate reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.
