Job Summary

Position: Airport Ground Staff Company Overview: Bluespirit is a leading aviation company based in Thiruvananthapuram Kerala. We provide world-class services to our clients in the aviation industry. We are currently looking for 10th pass freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. Position Summary: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing assistance and services to passengers airlines and other airport customers. You will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of airport operations by handling various tasks such as check-in baggage handling security checks and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport terminal - Check-in passengers and their baggage - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities - Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient operations - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the airport terminal - Handle and resolve any emergency situations that may arise - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall airport experience for passengers Requirements: - Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer knowledge - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package and benefits. You will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off. The contract will be for a period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
