Job Summary

Position: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: All India Contract Type: Full-time Job Description: Bluespirit is a leading aviation company in India and we are looking for both male and female candidates to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas. 2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and other relevant information. 3. Assist passengers with their luggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft. 4. Conduct security checks on passengers and their baggage as per airport regulations. 5. Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding and deplaning of passengers. 6. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers. 8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 4. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. 5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport procedures and regulations. 6. Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred. 7. Fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. 8. Must be willing to work in shifts including nights and weekends.
