Job Description: We are currently seeking male and female candidates to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting passengers with check-in procedures baggage handling and boarding processes - Providing excellent customer service to all passengers and addressing any inquiries or concerns - Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities - Coordinating with other airport staff and departments to ensure timely and efficient operations - Handling and resolving any issues or emergencies that may arise during the course of duty - Maintaining accurate records of flight schedules passenger information and other relevant data - Ensuring compliance with all airport regulations and procedures - Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft - Conducting security screenings and checks as per airport guidelines - Performing other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidates will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends and holidays. The initial contract will be for a period of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
