Role Overview
The role will be responsible for leading sales administration and operational execution for the assigned category with a strong focus on revenue support coordination reporting and customer interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the assigned category including contribution to sales strategy execution.
- Oversee sales administrative operations ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop implement and enforce operational procedures including sales reporting inventory oversight and planning coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business Commerce Supply Chain or a related field.
- 58 years experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership.
- Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
- Strong coordination analytical and leadership skills.
Required Skills:
25 years of FMCG sales or territory management experience. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage trade relationships. Strong understanding of General Trade Secondary Sales and Wholesale channels.
Required Education:
Diploma or Bachelors in Business Sales Marketing or related field.
