Job Summary

A business more focused on the right personality you could be an Assistant Property looking for progression or an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for a better culture or working conditions.
As a Senior Property Manager you can expect to inherit a clean and tidy portfolio within a business that actively sells portions of the rent roll that dont meet that requirement. Furthermore you will be supported by an assistant allowing you time to focus on tenant/landlord management and overall quality control.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for real estate property management and service excellence
- Some experience within portfolio management. Either end to end (seniors) or part process (assistants)
- Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving Licence
- Driven confident with high energy and positivity
- High attention to detail - Structured and organised
- Team focused and willing to help others
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Cloud based system experience (Console or PME) preferred but not essential
