We are looking for an experienced Business Lending Product Manager to help lead the next evolution of Business Banking at ING. As part of our Business Development team you will build the business model from the ground updriving the strategic direction of lending across our Digital Broker and Relationship Banking channels. Youll collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to shape solutions that support selfemployed businesses SMEs and midcorporates as they grow in an increasingly dynamic and complex environment.
In this role you will help advance our digitalisation roadmap by transforming endtoend customer journeysfrom onboarding and inlife servicing. You will ground every decision in data insights and customer voice ensuring our needsbased segmentation model delivers relevant seamless trusted and highly personal financial experiences. Success will require strong strategic leadership stakeholder management and a clear focus on building exceptional customer outcomes.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.
