Job Summary

Business Manager
You are the operational heartbeat of SEID. Your goal is to bridge the gap between creative ambition and commercial reality ensuring the agency remains profitable scalable and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee agency workflows and P&L. Optimize margins and manage resource allocation across all departments.
Client Stewardship: Act as a strategic partner for key accounts ensuring retention and identifying growth/upsell opportunities.
Foster a culture of Radical Candor and high accountability across the Creative Strategy and Operations wings.
Collaborate with the Managing Partner on long-term scaling strategies and resource planning.
Refine internal SOPs to reduce friction and increase speed-to-market for client deliverables.
Act as the final escalation point for key accounts ensuring that SEID isnt just a vendor but a strategic partner.

The SEID Requirement

5 years in operations or senior account leadership.
You understand that "Great Creative" must deliver "Great ROI."
Decision Maker: You are comfortable leading in the "eye of the storm" with calm data-driven authority.
