Our continued growth is driven by innovation strong partnerships and a commitment to quality. We are now seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Brisbane team and contribute to the ongoing expansion of our Commercial and Residential divisions.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business managing client relationships and driving sales growth across both commercial and residential markets. This role suits a motivated sales professional with industry experience who can confidently represent Tuff Groups premium product offering.
Based at our Brisbane facility this is a full-time position with a company vehicle provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales growth across Commercial and Residential divisions
Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities
Conduct site visits client meetings and project assessments
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations
Manage follow-ups and sales pipelines to achieve targets
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders landscapers developers councils and residential clients
Provide product advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs
Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
PRODUCT & PROJECT KNOWLEDGE
Develop a strong understanding of Tuff Groups product range including synthetic grass soft-fall rubber and acrylic surfacing systems
Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and product innovation
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support successful project delivery
ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
Assist with forecasting pipeline management and sales reporting
Support tender submissions and commercial pricing where required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven sales experience ideally within landscaping construction sports surfacing or a related industry
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Well organised with strong time management skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Current drivers licence (company vehicle provided)
