Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The candidate is expected to lead multiple projects of varying sizes ensuring delivery excellence stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage IT projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle from initiation to deployment and closure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
- Drive delivery of high-quality software solutions by closely working with cross-functional teams in development testing and deployment.
- Manage project scope schedules risks and budgets ensuring adherence to commitments and timely delivery.
- Effectively manage stakeholder communications providing clear and consistent updates on progress risks and issues.
- Support the project team in technical discussions and solution design leveraging knowledge in node/React.
- Ensure best practices are followed in alignment with Agile SAFe and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong experience in project management with technical background in software development.
- Hands-on understanding of technologies such as node/React.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams.
- Strong grasp of Agile SAFe and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing fixed-cost projects.
- Awareness of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native solution approaches.
- Total Experience Expected: 12-16 years
