Experience: *7–15 Years of Overall Experience 5–10 years in Nutraceutical or Herbal Extract Product Development*
Salary: 15.85 LPA
*Role Summary:*
Lead end-to-end product development for nutraceuticals functional foods dietary supplements herbal formulations and Ayurvedic-based health supplements.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Lead and manage the full product development cycle — ideation formulation validation scale-up and commercialization of nutraceutical and herbal-based health products.
2. Identify and evaluate new ingredients bioactives herbal extracts and novel delivery systems for product innovation.
3. Design and develop formulations using standardized herbal and Ayurvedic extracts botanicals bioactive compounds and functional ingredients.
4. Ensure scientific validation of formulations through laboratory studies analytical testing and collaborations for in-vitro in-vivo or clinical evaluations.
5. Conduct process optimization formulation trials and stability studies to ensure consistency reproducibility and product quality.
