Job Summary:
The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical emotional and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a PRN Monday-Friday role in our Upstate South Carolina region. The region covers:Spartanburg Greer Laurens Greenwood Pickens Anderson & Rock Hill Day Centers as needed.

Responsibilities:
Provide member care including administering medications & nursing treatments to those with MD order
Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator/Family as needed
Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records

Requirements:
Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferably with senior adults adults with disabilities or community setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and provide redirection when needed

As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
