About the Job:
Loveland Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Surgical Technologist to support surgical procedures in a high-performing outpatient surgery this role you will play a critical part in maintaining a sterile environment preparing surgical instruments and assisting surgeons during procedures. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced surgical settings and are committed to patient safety and excellence in perioperative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterile and ready
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases
Perform sponge needle and instrument counts per protocol
Prepare and handle surgical specimens appropriately
Monitor supplies and maintain OR organization
Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure patient safety

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $41/hr
Shift Duration: Approximately 10 hours
