Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at Seton Manor Nursing & Rehab Center in Orwigsburg PA. The LPN will provide direct patient care administer medications document accurately and support the care team to ensure safe and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide nursing care within LPN scope under RN/physician guidance
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
Monitor and document patient condition report changes promptly
Perform wound care dressing changes and other routine clinical tasks as assigned
Maintain accurate timely documentation in the facility system
Follow infection control safety and HIPAA guidelines
Communicate effectively with patients families and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements
Active LPN license (PA or compact/eligible per facility) in good standing
1 year recent LPN experience (SNF/LTC/Rehab preferred)
Current BLS/CPR (AHA preferred)
Strong communication reliability and documentation skills

Compliance (As Required by Facility)
Background check and drug screening
Immunizations and health screenings per facility policy
Ability to complete onboarding/credentialing before start date
