About the Job:
Shriners Childrens Ohio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). In this role you will provide specialized recovery care to pediatric patients following surgical procedures. You will closely monitor vital signs manage pain control assess airway stability and ensure a safe and smooth recovery process in collaboration with surgical and anesthesia teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pediatric patients recovering from anesthesia

Assess vital signs oxygenation and pain levels

Administer medications and manage post-operative pain

Ensure airway stability and patient safety

Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists

Educate families on recovery expectations and discharge care

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
