Job Description:

Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle management

Manage attendance leave management and employee records (HRMS/manual)

Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll vendors and ensure timely salary processing

Handle employee queries related to HR policies payroll attendance and benefits
-
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF ESIC PT Gratuity etc.)
-
Support recruitment coordination interview scheduling and joining formalities
-
Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards on a regular basis
-
Assist in performance appraisal processes and confirmation formalities
-
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation
