HR Manager

Dreamcom, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As the HR Manager at Dreamcom, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of human resources to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

- Manage recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding new talent

- Administer employee benefits and ensure HR policies compliance

- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on career development

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

- Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation distribution

- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; HR certifications are a plus

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
