Hr Manager

Dreamcom, a leading company in the industry based in Delhi, India, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager at Dreamcom, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of human resources to support our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
