Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role

- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
