Key Responsibilities:
Client & Team Support
- Provide exceptional service and foster trusted client relationships exceeding client expectations
- Diligently track and organize client requests ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both external and internal team members at all levels
Project Management & Execution
- Frequent custodian interaction & paperwork processing.
- Process account openings funding deposit electronic checks money movements and possibly trading and other tasks with Custodians.
- Collaborate with internal team members on various tasks and long-term initiatives from daily account management and financial statement/performance reporting to tax and planning projects
- Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through on all action items
- Coordinate with clients external advisors (attorneys accountants etc.) to track and organize all pertinent documents and information
Process & Technology
- Manage and update the firms CRM ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up on tasks
- Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions

- Easily picks up new technologies and systems. The role will involve learning and using a wealth management platform for portfolio management performance reporting and billing.
Experience & Education:
- 0-2 years of experience in wealth management a plus
- Bachelors degree required
