We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Toys/Hardgoods Merchandising team. This role supports the full merchandising cycle from product development and sample coordination to order execution and production follow-up. It is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in toys and product development who wish to build a long-term career in merchandising. Training will be provided for junior talent and fresh graduates.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Provide support product in development and order follow-up from sampling to shipment.

• Coordinate samples and assist in costing and order processing.

• Communicate with vendors overseas customers and internal teams on daily merchandising matters.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Track production progress monitor timelines and escalate merchandising issues as needed.

• Assist in maintaining products quality safety and compliance requirements.

• Prepare reports and order and shipment related documentation.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related disciplines.

• 1-3 years relevant working experience; fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in sourcing or trading companies are welcome.

• Strong interest in toys or hardgoods merchandising; training will be provided.

• A self-starter with a positive and willingness to learn mindset.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented well-organized and responsible.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Outlook.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Occasional travel may be required.
