Job Description:

Purpose:

The Finance Coordinator acts as the finance partner overseeing Innovative Medicine Brazils and Mexicos financial operations and shares responsibility for the organizations economic and financial performance. The incumbent performs financial analysis decision support and design business plans.

Also serves as a key financial stakeholder connecting with multiple financial areas to lead Free Cash Flow discussions closing routines and drive sustainable growth while ensuring a robust controls and compliance environment.

You will be responsible for:

Coordinate Innovative Medicine Brazils and Mexicos financial operations and shares responsibility for the organizations financial performance acting as an extend local finance team member.

Partner with finance teams performing financial analysis and supporting decision process.

Lead closing routine while driving compliance agenda and ensuring a robust control environment. Identifies and manages financial and operational risks.

Qualifications:

STRONG FINANCE ACUMEN
Solid experience with internal controls (SOX knowledge is preferred)
PROVEN LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK SKILLS
Strong influencing skills
DEMONSTRATING MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND STRATEGIC THINKING
Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written)
SHOWING EXTENSIVE FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
Advanced English is a must
Spanish is desired
