Key Responsibilities

Work closely with existing and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovative solutions to maintain and grow sales within an assigned territory

Assist with customer service and account management activities under the guidance of experienced sales professionals

Provide technical support by identifying troubleshooting and resolving customer issues escalating when necessary

Perform system analysis interpret data and prepare written recommendations to optimize customer operations
-
Promote and support innovative technologies to build long-term customer relationships

Develop and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders including facility and plant leadership

Support achievement of annual sales targets through professional selling territory planning and new business development

Assist with sample collection and conduct laboratory analysis as required
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least two years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience
-
Valid drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle record

Bachelors degree in engineering or life sciences

Three or more years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience

Experience in the oil and gas industry

High proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office and internal business systems

Strong communication organizational time-management and multitasking skills

Proven adaptability ethical judgment and self-motivation
